The Concorde neighborhood is characterized by an eclectic frame. The L sector is thus situated between the small scale of Cités-Jardins d’Aïre and large scale of Les Libellules neighborhoods. The project draws a seam articulated around separate elements to create a scale of transition between these two sites.

The project offers a large wooded park surrounded by public housing. The protected heart of the island is home to the primary school and its green yard. The inclusion of a pedestrian bridge over the Ain road facilitates inter-neighborhood connections, especially that between the Dragonflies and Concorde.

By their geometry, buildings along the Ain road create smaller spaces for residents, businesses and cafes. The entire area remains permeable through malls crossing the ground floor and connects the different places. The apartments benefit of the dual orientation east-west thanks to their crossing typology.

To minimize the noise impact of the road, living rooms are oriented to the park and generous loggias which close protect the rooms at the West.
