Active on the architectural scene in French speaking Switzerland for more than 30 years, the diversity of themes addressed by the Lausanne office includes school and sport facilities, residential, hospitality and industrial construction. It proposes an architecture of human scale with multiple sensibilities: form, function, structure, technology, and relation with its environment. Its approach seeks to enhance the sum of these parameters and reveal emotion beyond that which is built.
Ferrari Architectes today lays claim to a diversity of work of all scales, from Lausanne’s new football stadium to the renovation of the Lausanne Palace + Spa’s prestigious restaurant Table d’Edgard, including on the way the construction of a new primary school for the International School of Geneva in Founex and also the renovation and extension of Prilly’s administrative building Le Château.
A rich palette, corresponding to a variety of clients, both private and public that also reflects the diverse cultural background of the 54 collaborators originating from the four corners of the globe.
“In our office there is a real freedom of style. The architects must be able to freely express their talent without constraint; success depends on the capacity to value each individual’s creativity.”
